




Hi, I’m Kristin — a Registered Dietitian (Canada) and mindset-based behavior change coach.
Since 2009, I’ve helped hundreds of smart, capable women who knew what to do… but still couldn’t follow through.
That’s what led me to shift my focus — from food rules to mindset, motivation, and real-life behavior change.
Now I help women break out of the all-or-nothing cycle, feel more consistent and confident, and finally feel good in their bodies again — without relying on willpower or starting over every Monday.
